2011 SWIM/DIVE TEAM SIGN-UP INFORMATION
Sign-ups for the swim team will be held at:
Northwest Swim Club
Saturday, May 7
10:00 AM to NOON
A&H Sporting Goods will have the team
swim/dive suits available for purchase.
2011 Swim Team Fee:
$60.00 for the first swimmer/diver
$30.00 for each additional swimmer/diver
Please be prepared to sign up for "two mandatory"
swim meet volunteer slots per family and
"one food contribution" per family for the swim meet.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Volunteer Position is Required For Your Child To Swim at the Meet
